Dean Barnett, CPA
Dean is the founder and Managing Member of R.D. Barnett PLLC. His career spans public accounting, PwC, real estate finance and development, and entrepreneurship, giving him a broad perspective on the tax and business challenges facing growing companies. Today, he brings that experience to entrepreneurs and privately held businesses while remaining active in the golf community and the Evans Scholars Foundation.

Liz is a client-focused Enrolled Agent who turns complex tax and accounting processes into clear, workable solutions. With experience in public accounting, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration, she brings structure to fast-moving work and keeps details from slipping through the cracks. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, campfires, and revisiting The Lord of the Rings.

Kathryn Madden, CPA
Kathryn joined R.D. Barnett PLLC in 2022 after working with PwC’s Global Mobility Services practice. A CPA, she earned both her bachelor’s degree in accounting and human resources and her master’s degree in taxation from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. She enjoys the technical side of tax and compliance work and values strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys yoga, hiking, organizing, beer and pizza, and volunteering at her church.
