We are flexible. If you want us to pull the numbers straight from your accounting system, we can do that in our higher tiers of service. If you’d rather send the reports yourself, that works too.

Your package sets the pace. Basic runs on standard timing with no priority, Advisory stays in the regular queue, and Strategic gets priority prep for a faster finish.

All returns require reasonable inquires of information that appears incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent, along with support for fixed assets and accounting for known book to tax differences. To help unlock more tax savings and reduce risk the higher tiers include additional information requests to reconcile source documents to books and records.

This varies based on the package you select. We share ongoing insights through email, regular check ins, and client portal messages so you stay informed about anything that could influence your tax plan.

We prepare both federal and state tax returns in any state for all types of veterinary practices, clinics, and hospitals.If your entity is regarded for tax purposes, it may fall into one of these categories: • S-Corporation: Form 1120-S • Partnership/LLC: Form 1065 • C-Corporation: Form 1120 If your entity is disregarded, we’ll prepare the Schedule C and any corresponding state returns to include with your individual tax filing. Our goal is to make sure every return is accurate, compliant, and aligned with your practice’s structure.

We keep a close eye on tax law changes by staying plugged into industry updates, IRS and state info, and resources geared specifically toward veterinary practices, so we can spot anything that might affect your practice right away.

Advisory and Strategic clients get a more integrated planning experience, we look at all sides of your taxes together and walk through strategy updates with you during your meetings

Yes, you will get a year-end questionnaire tailored to you, so you know exactly what’s needed. Strategic clients will have a compliance kick off meeting.

Our fees are billed separate for each return. Even though they’re connected, we coordinate everything so you get a clear, accurate, and tax-efficient picture.

Yes, we absolutely assist with IRS or state income tax notices, audits, and post-filing questions. If a notice is the result of an error on our part, we will fully cover and correct the issue at no additional cost to you. For any other notices, inquiries, or audits that aren’t caused by our work, you’re welcome to choose between two options: 1. Enroll in our Audit Protection Service for a flat fee, which covers our support and representation for those matters. 2. Use our standard hourly services, and we will assist you as needed. Our goal is to make sure you feel fully supported before, during, and after the filing process.
